Day Two





Breakfast: Special K with Red Berries & Milk. Lunch: Chicken breast and Pork 'n Beans. Dinner: turkey sausage, potato, sauerkraut, and mixed vegies.










Afternoon Snack: apple with ff/sf caramel sauce. Evening Snack: WW chocolate smoothie with banana.
Total points for the day - 27.5
Exercise: 45 minutes aqua jogging.
Another successful day - wow - two in a row!!
