Dia Ocho






Breakfast - Egg McMuffin. Lunch - Leftover General Tso, vegies and rice. Dinner - hamburger, oven fries, broccoli, and corn.

Snacks - "fart" bar & WW chocolate smoothie with banana.
Total points for the day - 30!!! Got all my vegies and drank all my water! I even ate both of my healthy oils!
