Canola Oil Smoothie

I love WW smoothies. They are my ice cream. They help me get in my fruits. I've never needed help with dairy because I love milk and would have a big, cold glass of it with every meal if I could, but I save it for the smoothie.

Last night I had one oil left. So, either had to eat it off the spoon or throw it in the smoothie. I put it in the smoothie. Couldn't even tell. I can't believe I have gone all this time not getting my oils in when it is really that easy.

My other oil? I made some really good beef and broccoli. I'm trying to get my freezer cleaned out, so took out a package of "mystery" meat. Turned out it was a bit of steak. Plus I had a seasoning packet mix that was on sale at the grocery store a few months ago, can't remember the brand, but I will buy it again.

Canola Oil Smoothies. I recommend them.

a...ummmmwoops? I haven't had any healthy oils at all. I'll work on that for the rest of the week. Just bought some extra virgin olive oil, as that's what my WW instructor says she uses in everything. Saw canola oil, but walked right past it because I hadn't read this post yet.
